The much-adored musical based on George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalian, with a music and book by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederic Loewe, it tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, the flower-girl who turns into a lady and her bullying mentor Henry Higgins. Directed by Howard Davies of The National Theater in London, with choreography by Donald Saddler and additional dances by Tommy Tune, this production ran in the 1994-95 Broadway season.
